Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, RXPetroleum does not take title to physical commodities, provide transportation services, perform technical engineering, underwrite counterparty credit or act as principal to transactions.

RXPetroleum does not solicit or execute transactions in securities, futures, options, swaps or other regulated financial instruments.

Physical commodity transactions, where applicable, remain subject to the contracting, compliance, KYC, credit, operational and logistics procedures of the relevant transaction counterparties.

All descriptions of services are informational and subject to formal engagement terms.
